Despite a particularly eventful year, the Porte de DrômArdèche tourist office shone among Dahub users, thanks to a record rate in 2020. It's essential to keep in regular contact with your service providers and communicate your expectations regarding future update campaigns. Don't forget to mention the benefits of data collection: visibility, brand awareness, attractiveness...
In a context of accelerated digital transition, your contacts need to be able to adapt to the new tools you'll be using... avoid unpleasant surprises and train them if necessary!

DURING

A few tips to optimize this step!
- Perfect the wording of your e-mails, paying particular attention to your subject line and the e-mail address you're sending to. The easier it is for recipients to identify you, the more likely they are to open your e-mails.

- Words in bold are the most attention-grabbing: so highlight the most important elements for the fastest readers.
- A clear and concise introduction is essential. Right from the introduction, your recipients need to know that this is an update campaign.
- Beware of "forbidden" words that send your e-mails straight to spam.
- Send your campaigns at the right time! According to our statistics, it's best to schedule your mailings at the beginning of the week (Monday or Tuesday), between 10am and 1pm.
